It's quite noticeable: whenever the media gives recognition to famous female celebrities, strong emphasis is placed upon her gender. For example: when Beyonce appears in television interviews, she's primarily billed as a "Strong, intellegent woman". She's labeled as being "modern", "independent". And, she makes a statement for women everywhere. These types of anthems represent another example of gender inequaltiy. Plus, consider how many times this same message is reached. Essentially, each female viewer is touched and comforted. And, it serves as an inspiration for her.
Thousands of famous women receive recognition primarily based on her gender. The goal is to unify women. Whether it pertains to actresses, female musicians, news reporters, business Women, athletes, or female politicians. Every woman comes together as one singular entity.
The same Broken-Record has played its course countless times. The three artists below have received more than their fair-share of Woman's Pride. While, male celebrities are never given this type of recognition.
It's interesting to mention that such Double-Standards have existed for over-a-century. In the 1940's, female welders were given the same status as War Heroes. In other words : Women receive extra-recognition for everything they do. And every achievement made. It's almost as if, they're teasing & taunting the male bystander. SO-to-speak, she's rubbing our noses into it. .

It also leads to speculate the outrage people would feel, if this same type of gender-orientated recognition was given to men. Obviously, this is never the case. Every famous male sees himself as an individual.

It must be refreshing for women. Since she's completely immune to the same degree of agitation which every male experiences. How many times have feamous ladies trounced the theme of "Woman Power"???
Adolescent boys are faced with these demoralizing messages. While, girls are spared this indignity.

Now, did you know: Instructors in Self-defence classes will deliberately allow girls to spar against boys who are vastly less skilled. While, she is always given the option to avoid competition against a superior foe.
Does this sound familiar?? essentially, she's spared the indignity of embarrassment.
