When Lesley Gore released the song "You Don't Own ME", many people actually considered this to be historical fact.
It supposedly served as concrete evidence validating the described claims.
The same outcome occurred when the song "Respect" was released by Aretha Franklin.
However, There are a few quick points to mention. ----1) They're just a couple of goddamn songs. Nothing more, nothing less. ----2) "Respect" was actually written by a man, Otis Redding, And originally intended to speak from a Man's perspective. ----3) "You Don't Own Me" was also written by a few men. And, the song's connotation was initially less powerful. ----4) This song happens to be inaccurate. But, we'll save those details for another discussion. ----5) We could easily apply the same ideals toward a completely different outcome.
Thus, Two examples will be given which challenge all content of the described popular songs.
The First song, released in 1966, offers a plea from young men, which [indirectly] asks girlfriends to stop casting a shadow upon us. Plus, they also raise several additional issues. (Don't try to change me, don't try to mold me, don't try to make all the rules). The basic message to women is: 'Just let me be who I am'. You'll notice, the song has a somewhat inaggressive connotation.
The point here is quite simple: For decades, the songs "You Don't Own Me" & "Respect" have undeservingly served as Powerful Anthems for women.
But, anybody could fabricate this type of propaganda. ......Or, should I say, only women are given this opportunity......
The original ending of this 1969 classic (from The Guess Who) was eventually scrapped.
But the words resonate with a powerful message: "I'm tired of being Stepped on" and "I'm tired of being Pushed around, woman".
The Activists receive several thousand hours of air-time, from nearly every Cable Television Network.. From MTV, to Nickelodeon, CBS to PBS. Science Channel, to History Channel. CNBC to CSPAN2, and everything in-between.
They've said Everything you could possibly imagine. Each day sees a new reason.
Many outlandish subjects have received Vastly too much attention. FOR EXAMPLE: Several thousand Magazine articles have discussed [the Female dress code] of the 1950's. There were supposedly limited options in this field. However, the video posted below proves there was no lack of acceptance for any lady who preferred wearing Jeans or pants.
Additionally, through the years, Activists have dealt with general issues, .........which gain exposure, year after year.
The various themes which are seen, on a perennial basis. "Women Power" , "women Unite", "Single Mother", "I am Woman". "woman's Studies", "Woman's History", (etc. etc.)
As well as, specific moments in time: ......For one, they've spent nearly an entire year discussing a "harassment case" (during the Hill/Thomas hearings). ......They tied up another year, when Elena Bobbitt mutilated her husband. ......We can Also recall: When, They targeted against fathers, by jailing any man who fell behind on Support.
..... During the 1980's, Our workforce began holding Mandatory Classes on ''Diversity'. These were later replaced by campaign throughout the workforce "Recognizing the contributions of Women" Then finally, the mandate required millions of employees to attend 'discussions regarding harassment'. But, certainly, if this topic never gained a foothold, some other would've taken it's place. ....Additionally, there was a campaign to end Domestic Violence being pushed upon us, during television advertisements.........
It's not easy to tackle each and every issue. Clearly, We've been overwhelmed by the sheer volume. And, it's been repeated countless times, during the entire course of a lifetime.
Contrary to beliefs: During the 1950's, Dress-Codes For Women were Not rigid.
- Do You Remember growing-up at a time when "Special-Interest Groups" began controlling every aspect of literature.
these Activists literally covered every topic imaginable. the list of propaganda was endless. ........You name it, they said it.
There's not a single topic which adverted Feminist Influence. Regardless of the topic, they managed to create female-centric Imagery & Hype.
For example: there was special recognition given to female bicycle riders. It truly was ridiculous to observe, how many different things they would discuss.
Now, it's important to deal with the overall psychological aspect.
For those who are too ignorant to recognize the implications: Basically, They're doing this, for an obvious reason: Their goal is to keep reminding me of their presence. This explains why they find new excuses to create a Media Frenzy It's a form of harassment, and abuse.
There are nearly infinite examples. however, I will only mention One. Various Magazines often claimed, that women were forced to wear pretty-Dresses during the 1950's. And, according to several thousand articles, "it was socially unacceptable for her to wear pants".
These claims happened to be Untrue. But, Either Way, it certainly doesn't warrant several Newspaper articles, regarding this subject alone.
One fact remains certain. Regardless of the issue: they repeat themselves over & over again. And, this routine-abuse has persisted ever since.
Thus, anytime "Women's Groups" claim they're only seeking equal treatment, you should try remembering the Quintillion times they've created female-centric Hype. Please remember those ***Magazine articles. and, the ***Talk shows which dominated the air waves, for many decades. As well as, .......the ***books, ***newspaper articles, ***banners, ***slogans, ***public exposure, ***rallies, ***prime time recognition, ***and, so on....
Why do "special interest Groups" keep saying the same things,
...........over & over again ?
There are many reasons.
1).... In order to maintain control over our lives. 2)..... creating stress and anguish. 3)..... destroying families & friendships. 4).... edging us closer to Subjegation, Mind Control, and Totalitarianism.... 5)..... Verbal control. 6).... They're trying to annoy men, by needling him. 7)..... It's a form of bullying. Because they're constantly "nudging us". 8).... They wanna play these games in order to get attention. 9)..... They're a bunch of Media Hounds. 10)..... Activists are trying to gain stardom, by become household names. 11)..... Trying to make women proud of her identity, while causing uncertainty and shame to the male. 12)..... Bringing women together, while tearing men apart. 13)...... Teaching her to be the aggressor.
...... Would you like more reasons?
If anyone seeks indications regarding Future Government Policy.
......Soon, every Teenage boy will be jailed, merely for touching his girlfriend.
......and, needless to say, Such heavy punishments will only target against Him.
