Corporations Discriminating Against the People.
Prelude: Whenever dealing with the problem of Chain Migration,
people often say "if you're a talented worker, then you should have nothing to worry about."
It's a very patronizing remark which suggests that we cannot successfully compete against them. Never mind the fact that Europe and USA saw their greatest period of prosperity prior to these forced unsustainable migrations
The 1960's was most prosperous era in history. (Certainly no thanks to the late '60's generation.) Also, these claims ignore the fact that we are not allowed to actively compete in their markets.

example: There are retirement communities in Mexico, which house
Foreigners. And, the occupants are prohibited from seeking work, buying
stocks, or trading.)
But that's not even relevant to the case.
Every nation is entitled to control its own destiny.
Do you remember when India fought to gain independence from The British Empire? India's
people argued that it's better to be poor, without British Influence,
than to have prosperity under their rule. This is an extreme example
which clearly demonstrates the point.
NumbersUSA warns against those who claim that "Americans cannot take care of themselves." Meanwhile, David Duke points out; that Europeans are very well capable of accomplishing anything. [Dan2 adds that African Americans are certainly able to perform the same jobs which are currently held by migrant workers.]
Now, let's get to the heart of the matter. As you already know: Corporations have been 'secretly' hiring migrant workers, including those who entered here legally. But, the more important issue has been completely ignored. And this article attempts to tackle the problem: Let's interview someone who's able to obtain additional information. We found a gentleman who performed routine 'Day-work' Construction for 20 years. So,
unlike ordinary Jobsite Construction, this Gentleman was able to visit
over 1,000 Corporate office buildings. (Thus giving him a Hands-on
experience).
Additionally, prior to becoming a Construction
worker; this man also spent 2 years as a Private Investigator. (Not
irrelevant, because it later-on helped him obtain vital information).
Okay: Let's repeat this information. A man named Ron performs Daily Maintenance work & Inspections in 1,000 different and Unique office Buildings. During-which,
he was able to learn how Corporations hire Migrant workers, instead of
available Americans. [particularly excluding African Americans].
Here's a few examples: ---------------------- example 1:--The Year was 1994: And, While working at a High-Rise Building in White Plains, New York; Ron encountered their maintenance staff altogether in the Office.
The
employees were a mixture of Caucasians, African Americans, and
Hispanics who only spoke English. (Therefore, the ethnic "Latino"
status was not considered an issue, nor a problem.) Plus, there was a
1st Generation bilingual immigrant from Chile. And, aside from the
Supervisor, this settler from Chile possessed the most experience.

Years later; (in 2004) the bilingual immigrant had since become the
Supervisor. And, the diverse staff had been completely replaced by 100%
Spanish-Speaking Latino workers. That's All 12 employees. This type of
scenario is typical.
----------------- example 2--At Gannett Drive; The
Corporation hired a Legalized migrant worker from Columbia, as their
Building manager. This contradicts Stephen Colberts claims that
Migrants are performing difficult jobs that no American wants. This
also carried a consequence. The Columbian Building-manager then
proceeded to hire additional maintenance workers of Latino stock. So,
his entire staff was Spanish-Speaking Latino. ----- example 3--On Main Street; Another Corporation hired a Cuban immigrant to be their
Building Manager. So, as expected; he promptly hired an entire staff of
fellow Latinos. But, there were additional consequences as well. Each
time Contractors were needed, he would always hire Spanish Speaking
Latinos. Please remember, the Corporate Owner is an ordinary American
(who speaks no Spanish). But, he decides to hire Foreign workers who
discriminate against our own people. ------ general info:We spoke to an 'Alarm Specialist' who noticed these discriminatory hiring practices.
Essentially:
Whenever Latino Building Managers sought to hire fellow Latino
Contractors; they were unable to find 'Spanish Speaking' Alarm
Specialists. And, it just so happens, RON was that Alarm Guy.
Does
anyone recognize the simple truth. American Corporations are hiring
Latino immigrants as their Building Managers. And, once given this
position; they will only hire within their ethnicity & language.
Does this sound like a familiar story ? More importantly: Is it fair that such a mediocre position should yield so much power? These
Migrant Workers are often nothing more than 1st day Maintenance
Mechanics for Corporate Buildings. Yet this job grants them power to
employ whomever they wish. In short: Migrants are given Maintenance jobs despite often having little experience. But, this profession gives immediate authority to hire additional workers within Inner-Circles. And, when seeking Contractors; they only search for Spanish-Speaking individuals. While, the English-Speaking community is completely ignored.
Please remember: We're talking about uneducated, unskilled Migrant workers who are given these powers. When
any person becomes a "Building Manager"; his main task is hiring other
workers. This explains why Corporations are manned by 100%
Spanish-Speaking Latino Staff.

example 4--Town Centre, Brewster. Caucasian man is the new building manager.
Nonetheless, he still predominantly hires Latino Immigrants. One reason
is because greedy Americans prefer superordinate workers. But, it
clearly indicates a Double-Standard.
--Black hires black. --Latinos hires Latino. --Asian hires Asian. --Jew hires fellow Jews. but, --Caucasian hires anyone except for his own available workers.
this is also an issue which must be addressed. Sadly, our people are taught to be selfish, knifing, & betraying. This perpetuates the demand for foreign labor.

a typical example: Sometimes around 1993; Contractor, Dave Adler
decides that he wishes to only hire Spanish-Speaking workers. And,
that's precisely what he did.
Now, whether or not these workers
have Legal status is completely irrelevant. It's still gives reason to
investigate the matter for possible Civil Rights violations.
Please remember: People cannot make an argument- "it's okay to hire foreigners, just so long as they're legal". Unjust
laws are frequently made by corrupt politicians; and could very-well be
wrong. You're probably aware that the USA along with many European
Nations have policies which attempt to destroy their own people.
Also note:
Spanish-Speaking Building Managers hire fellow co-workers usually of Legal Status. But additionally; they also hire illegal workers to perform many temporary jobs.

Wealthy are much responsibility for this problem. The largest Country Club in Westchester County, N.Y. hired a huge staff of nearly 50
Maintenance Workers. All but 3 are foreign-born. And, although
many are temporary workers, it still denies these jobs to Local
unemployed Citizens.
Another problem is that MOST jobs held by foreign workers WERE NOT EVEN AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC.

an example: Yonkers Contracting hires a migrant worker from Equator.
This man is the cousin of another worker. This means: an employee from
Equator sought permission from Yonkers Contracting to petition for a
relative. So, when his cousin arrived in USA, the job was already
waiting for him. Did this job require special skills? Nope. He began "managing" abandoned properties, such as 969 Midland Avenue.
NOW,
THE STORY TAKES AN UNEXPECTED TURN. IT was eventually discovered that
28 homeless persons were residing at 969 Midland Avenue. Most of them
were African Americans.
So, let's ask why these unfortunate people are jobless and homeless ? One reason is because Corporations are petitioning for foreigners. Let's remember the Equatorial worker who was literally given this job. It begs to wonder why Mainstream media ignored this issue throughout the 1990's, and during the GW Bush administration (2000-2008).
Why was it so important for The Media to keep this matter a secret?

Articles appeared in every newspaper which seemed fit for a Magazine written by Die hard Feminists.

and they promote feminism on a weekly basis.

Women always make demands which were impossible to meet. If you only fail in one category, she won't accept you. He visits thousands of profiles, and most are rude and downright insulting.
One lady joked and said that she was looking for a guy who's at least "somewhat literate".
...and hopefully able to recite each letter of the alphabet 'fluently'.
Another woman laughingly said that the man must be 'showered & clean'.
While the next profile declared that the man should still at least have his 'teeth'.
Keep looking further,and you'll realize that [most] profiles are similar.
There were rigid requirements for height, financial earnings, background, and hair color. (etc.) Also, despite many women being large-and-heavy, ..she would only accept a man with an athletic build.
More than anything, the words truly hit with destructive force. there's too many examples to mention:
But in shortened terms: Most ladies profiles were NASTY. And, the more you read, the less you'll liked. There were wise-cracks, and insults. Plus unreasonable demands which no man could possibly fulfill.
And, Ironically, with all considered, each and every lady somehow managed to demand 'respect' from her future partner. Yet, of course, this too is a nasty remark. She's call him every bad name in the book: ...he's a dummy, a pig, childish, selfish, smelly, over-sexed. Plus, some even suggested that he's devolved on the scale of humanity.
This sure doesn't sound like the sort of stuff which you'd read in a dating/ marriage agency.
Then, to add insult to injury: there were the usual 'head-games'. (We sometimes call it 'reverse psychology'). Many ladies claimed that THEY were growing tired of abuse. These redundant lectures which resembled a Television talk-show.
Believe it or not, things got even crazier.
A
Man was searching for love. But, his profile received a just few
'clicks' during its first week. But, during the 2nd week, he
reluctantly revealed his good salary. ...and the clicks immediately
tripled. He then got the 'audacious' idea to misrepresent his
educational background. And once again, twice as many women instantly
viewed his profile.
Apparently, she will only view those profiles which meet her rigid standards.
Yet ironically, this "Cataloging" of people comes from the generation who claim to shun casting Judgments.
Above all else,
Most Ladies profiles were written in a BLUNT manner. Yup,,,, the lady would directly come out and say,
"he must earn at least $75,000 per year." or, "He must be 5'10" or taller". or, "I don't want any bald men". Or, "you gotta learn how to read" "If you're not willing to re-locate, Please Don't Bother Writing".

There's one question which always comes to mind:
Is there a difference between Work Visas and Permanent Immigration?

And, it proves that flat-out settlement is not necessary.
Temporary Visas are the alternative.
Hence, there's no reason whatsoever to induce full-citizenship.
Media inner-circles claim it's necessary to have a largely immigrant workforce,
because they provide a source of "cheap labor".
But, these notions are just plain ridiculous.
Quite Simply:
Permanent settlements are totally unnecessary.
However, please be aware; there are major concerns surrounding "Temporary workmanship", as well.
Firstly:
According to Roy Beck from Numbersusa; there's no such thing as a temporary worker. The reason is because many Corporations demand replacements every few years. Thus, although different workers arrive every few years, their numbers are precisely as high, whether or not their status is permanent.
Also, many Temporary-workers will try to overstay their visa. And, Corporations have authority to petition for them.
Plus: Many will try staying by inter-marrying with a citizen.
THIS PROBLEM CAN BE SOLVED BY SIMPLY PROHIBITING CITIZENSHIP THROUGH MARRIAGE.
So, if you enter America, Canada, or Europe as a temporary Visa,
you cannot gain citizenship by marrying a local Citizen.
Let's not confuse this with prohibiting marriage or interaction.
Rather instead, both parties must return to the Country of origin.
For example:
Supposing that a Peruvian Temporary-worker comes to USA.
He must return to Peru after his work visa has expired. And, all parties, such as a newlywed bride will return there, as well.
MOST IMPORTANTLY:
You must understand that Temporary Visas promote discrimination.
The reason is simple:
Migrant workers enter a foreign country,while having a Job already available for them. This is simply unfair.

Wherever you're from, even the most educated people have difficulty finding a job.
Some College Graduates must submit Job-applications to 100 locations.
Meanwhile, Migrant workers already have a job reserved for them.

It's not necessary to prohibit them, altogether.
However, Contracts must be signed beforehand which firmly require them to leave, when their Visa expires.
And, there can be no exceptions.
The penalties for noncompliance would include imprisonment, huge fines, and seizing of all earnings and personal belongings.
This might sound harsh, but, such rules are necessary.
Did you know: Temporary Workmanship has worked very well, in countries such as Dubai, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Syria.
These Nations have large Visa programs, Yet NONE remain permanently.
This rule has been strictly enforced.
So, ultimately, you'll learned that Temporary Workmanship carries many pitfalls.

It's somewhat surprising how these silly tricks prove effective.
Media Gurus have even brainwashed happily married women into believing this lie.
She's taught that it's preferable to wait until her 40th birthday before considering having children.
But the opposite happens to be true.
Anytime she bears child before the age of 27; women unanimously agree that it's the correct decision. (thus, don't wait until after 40?)
Why then must Self-Proclaimed Prophets convince her that otherwise is true ?
And, since when is The Media's Goal to decide such matters.
Okay, with that in mind:
consider these simple factors:
1)Self-Proclaimed Gurus attempt to decide when couples should start families.
2)They teach women that it's better to start a family later in life.
3)They fail to warn her about the biological difficulties.
4)It's much easier for a young energetic woman to raise a family.
5)Aside from this, The Media teaches women to be overly selective, when choosing a partner.
This is merely trick to push her child-rearing days until later in life.
MEANWHILE, all the while this is happening;

And, she was led to believe that American Women should wait until their 40's before considering Child-rearing.

There's always a alight possibility, she could suddenly die of Cancer.
Yet once, a mother of three, succumbed to illness before her 35th birthday.
But, she was still happy to be blessed with a husband,
and her children who will carry on.

The famous actress Angie Jolie adapted numerous children from abroad.
Of course, she chose an assortment of ethnicities. And the story received huge fanfare throughout the media. Interestingly, this subject had never been widely mentioned before. Do you ever remember someone adopting a child, and the event becoming major headlines? Essentially, the Media created such a hype merely because the adoption was supposedly inter-racial. It's funny how The Media's obsession with this issue truly sees no end. And, as a result of this huge story, other families began adopting foreign children, as well.
But, it just so happens:
The writer of this article completed a 10-week study course on the subject of child adoption. Some facts were disturbing. You wouldn't guess how many children were available for adoption in lower New York State, alone. The answer is: 60,000 kids. That's an unexpectedly large number.
So, the message is simple: there's no reason for anyone to adopt a foreign baby, considering that many children are available here. (Note: this same rule applies whether living in New York, Canada, or , France).
Most notably: Many Caucasian children are available for adoption. While, Asian American families never place their children for adoption. This is statistical. And, the information could easily be verified. There's no shortage of our children in need of adoption. Why travel abroad?
So, there's another reason behind it all. The Media was promoting the inclusion of foreign peoples into Europe (or The USA). In other words, this is the reason why Angie Jolie's adoptions gained prominence over any previous case of Child Adoption. Once again, the media was pushing its own agenda. Only this time, they're not pushing for foreign labor. Nor, can they claim that a talented worker is helping our economy grow. It just stands to prove that Mainstream Media has an obsession with the exotic.

There's a few additional points: An estimated 60% of all American children needing adoption are African American. So, why then import a child when they are already living amongst us?

There are two radical solutions which might be considered too harsh.
1- We've always believed that's never okay to expel someone who is already settled. The true goal had always been to prevent further migration.
However, we must change our position on this issue. It might be necessary to deport recent citizens, who are already legalized.
Although this seems somewhat extreme, consider that many arrived here because of corrupt policies.
For example: Congressman Luis Gutierrez is the most dangerous and corrupt politician in this century. He ran for office solely for the purpose of bringing 'his own people' into America. Then, a few years later, he places a headline on his website; bragging that 'He's given citizenship to over 50,000' Immigrants. Here's a perfect case where each citizenship should be annulled. And, The President should remove Congressman Gutierrez from office.
This rule applies to Europe's immigration problem, as well.
2- It's necessary to defend our borders thru force. This is considered inhumane. But, compare the onslaught of illegal immigration; to damage caused by terrorists. Additionally, we cannot rule out a military strike on Mexican soil. We're not suggesting that the USA should launch attacks on Mexico City. However, we CAN place strategic attacks near the border.
Illegal immigration is an act of warfare. And, should be treated as such.
The Role Played by Mainstream Media.
We cannot dismiss the role played by Mainstream media.
But, instead of boring you with the same old details, let's include less-known information.
We're already aware that Mainstream Media deliberately ignored the problem of illegal immigration for decades.
Then, when the problem grew severe; Journalists began celebrating their presence.
The exact same rule applies to Legal immigration, as well.
Nothing was ever said about outlandish Policies, allowing immigrants to petition for distant relatives.
But, we're already aware of these issues.
Lesser known was that Europe also experienced the same problem.
Throughout the 1990's, Americans were able to learn about this, just by chatting with Folks from Europe, New Zealand,The British Isles, and Australia.
Once again, Mainstream Media tried to maintain utter silence.
Why is this the case?
The European dilemma was especially important, because it conflicted with Doctrine from every American publication. While immigrants were flooding into the USA; Journalists [firmly] stated that "we were all immigrants once". Thus, "we should just learn to accept their presence". But mainstream Media failed to mention that Europe was facing similar immigration policies. Thus, Journalists cannot make the same dull excuses.
The same rule applies to the Statement: "American Indians are the true natives". But, this silly rule doesn't apply elsewhere. Activists were pushing for rapid integration into all the European countries. But, in America, they used the "native American" hypothesis.
Once again, Newspapers failed to recognize similar problems taking place throughout Europe. This changed the whole dynamics. It literally invalidated their previous argument. They were justifying Chain Migration in America by saying that "We're all immigrants". But, the same rule obviously doesn't apply to Muslims entering Northern Europe. Plus, the Native American scenario doesn't hold either.
